IF YOU BUY ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT CALLING US BEFORE PURCHASING, THE SALE WILL BE CONSIDERED FINAL – NO CANCELLATIONS, NO RETURNS, AND NO REFUNDS.

ONLY WARRANTY OR IN-STORE VOUCHERS ARE APPLICABLE AFTER A PURCHASE IS MADE.

Prices and ShipmentsUnless otherwise quoted, prices shall be those in effect at the time the invoice is paid
Return of Items Purchased and Repair ServicesWe try extremely hard to make sure you get the product you need and the service you deserve.

If you have any issues with the instrument cluster purchased from us or the repair service for, we provide UP TO thirty (30) days warranty from the date of purchase; unless it explicitly says: No warranty provided.

FOR WARRANTY TO APPLYWe ask that all items sent to us for WARRANTY purposes must be in the same condition we shipped it outbound. This includes the warranty sticker not being broken, tampered with, or removed. Please make sure there are no missing parts, or any other discrepancies associated with the product.

If the item does not meet any of the requirements above for return, we will NOT accept the return and we will NOT return any credit for another purchase.

All items are FINAL SALE! NO CANCELATION, NO RETURNS, NO REFUND, just WARRANTY where it applies.

In the event that you bought a wrong part, that is considered a FINAL SALE by our company policy and the NO RETURN, NO CANCELATION, and NO REFUND rule will APPLY. However, if you purchase the wrong part and notify our team before shipping it, we will be able to give you an in-store voucher valid for one year (1) from the day of purchase. This voucher will amount to the same price quoted on the invoice.

Claims for damages or total loss of your purchased item/service repair caused during shipping must be handled by the customer with the shipping carrier. Dashboard Instrument Cluster will assist the customer with shipping claims by providing any documentation necessary if we have them at our disposal, but all liability for shipping damage or total loss (includes the shipping carrier losing the package) lies solely with the carrier, and not with Dashboard Instrument Cluster. Dashboard Instrument Cluster will also not be held responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any repair or restoration work performed.
