Our goal is to repair all  jobs within 72 hours of receiving the instrument cluster.  However depending on the workload we have and how busy we are at the time your instrument cluster arrives, repair times may vary.*Please keep in mind some instrument cluster repairs might need more time due to condition 

Yes we do , we call it Expedite Service and you can request this service when you fill up our Pre Service Check In Form   *Please keep in mind some instrument cluster repairs might need more time due to condition even when expedited service is requested. 

A repair allows you to keep all your original data and in most cases will be just plug and play after repair is done. We always recommend repairing the original instrument cluster first , if the original is not repairable we will put together a used instrument cluster that will work in your vehicle. A replacement you may need to program that instrument cluster to the vehicle and sometimes you might need to make new keys or you might have other issues/problems, that’s why we recommend repairing the original.

No , we do not recommend to drive without the instrument cluster for many reasons but most of all, safety. It’s very dangerous to drive without a fully functional instrument cluster 

We buy the core for some of the instrument clusters , just contact us with details and we will send you the instructions 

no, you do not need to program if you repair the original instrument cluster . However in some cases  when a customer purchases an used instrument cluster from someone else,and it’s not working  after we repair the instrument cluster you may need to program the car or download the original data from the server / dealership / etc.

That’s why we always ask “please contact us before purchasing ” to guide and help

There are numerous reasons an Instrument cluster will stop working, that’s why we advise customers to send in instrument clusters to be diagnosed; but here are a few common reasons. Instrument cluster components ,electronic and mechanical parts can go bad, any surge of power can produce  damages, the design of the circuit board  , etc.

Each year/make/model is unique so it’s VERY important that you order the correct instrument cluster or it will not fit.

Every vehicle is unique so it’s very important that you purchase the right make, model and year. Please read the description carefully.  The instrument cluster you are purchasing will ONLY fit the make and model indicated in the description. Please contact us if you have any questions.

We sell used or factory refurbished clusters.  Everything we have in our inventory is checked in-house to be in good working condition. We inspect, repair and certify all our clusters

Yes we do ship outside the USA  , we have two office locations One in the USA the other location in Canada. We also ship anywhere , we have customers in South and Central America , Europe , Asia , Australia , Africa  all over the world.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your cluster, please contact us. DO NOT SHIP us your cluster without a return authorization

You will have to ship the instrument cluster back to us (customer pays all shipping charges). Please make sure that the instrument cluster was not altered , opened , etc. because the return will not be accepted. We will only accept an instrument cluster if it is in the same good working conditions, the way it was shipped out to the customer ( we always record the test of the instrument cluster , to make sure customers receive a good working Instrument Cluster also to protect us for any situation , before shipping out ). The red Warranty Stickers have to remain intact and untampered, otherwise the warranty becomes void and final sale , no refund, no returns, no cancellations rule will apply.

Shipping times vary from 24 hours to 10 days . Depending where the instrument cluster is located and if there are no issues with the instrument cluster. We have over 300000 instrument clusters between our two locations in Hallandale Beach Florida USA and North York , Toronto ,Ontario , Canada, and our warehouse. We always video record the check and test for all the instrument clusters we repair or sell  before we ship out to customers. This to verify everything is working and have proof to  protect us.

We ship via UPS ground shipping which usually takes 3 to 5 business days a week at the most. We can ship overnight at customer request , if possible .Some restrictions apply 

Yes we do provide tracking information by email or on the invoice.

Dashboard Instrument Cluster will not be held responsible whatsoever for any damages done to the instrument cluster during the shipping process .Most of the customers request us to add insurance ( customer pays for shipping and insurance ).If any problems , damages we will do anything possible to help customer , being the liaison between customer and shipping company

We advertise and sell on our company website, Amazon , eBay , and other platforms; on all our listings we advise customers to ” please contact us before buying , we are here to guide/help” . Most of our customers do contact us to make sure they are buying the right part before purchasing . However there are customers who think they are more knowledgeable and purchase the instrument cluster without contacting us just because It looks like their instrument cluster they have /need .  In cases where this happens  they will need to ship back the instrument cluster (customer pays all shipping charges), we will have to inspect the instrument cluster upon arrival back to our warehouses ( it will be an additional fee ,25% restocking fee because  our technicians need to check the instrument cluster to make sure it was not damaged or altered).  It will be  accepted for return only if it is in the same good working conditions the same  way it was shipped out to the customer.  We always record the test of the instrument cluster , to make sure customers receive a good working instrument cluster, and also to protect us before shipping out . The red Warranty Stickers have to remain intact and untampered, otherwise this repair becomes as is final sale, no warranty, no returns, no cancellations . If try to program the instrument cluster and was not successful that would immediately become final and not qualify for return. Customers who purchase the wrong instrument clusters can also ship us their original instrument cluster to be repaired , this always will be the best option  ( customer responsible for all shipping charges ). In case we do not have an instrument cluster that will work in customers’ vehicles , we can offer to find one ( might be a difference in price , usually more $ ) or we can provide customers with a voucher for the amount they spent on the instrument cluster ( no shipping charges) minus 25% for restocking charges ( our technicians have to go over and check that instrument cluster all over again ) valid for 1 year from the date the customer made the purchase .

We send out coupons , specials for the summer, $25 OFF ( TOTAL AMOUNT HAVE TO BE GREATER THAN $250)

They can use it for another repair or purchase an instrument cluster .
