WARRANTY
i. Definitions
ʻserviceʼ is to be defined as any work carried out for the purposes of repairing a defect.
1a. General
Dashboard Instrument Cluster (hereafter ʻThe Warrantorʼ) warrants all serviced dashboard components to be free from defects in materials or workmanship, provided that the aforementioned components have been evidentially serviced by an authorized technician of ʻThe Warrantor.ʼ
1b. Warranty Start-Date
The start-date of the warranty in question is to be defined as the date of installation.
1c. Warranty Obligations
Contingent on the unequivocal and absolute satisfaction of section 1a, ʻThe Warrantorʼ will undertake to replace, at its option, all dashboard components that have been determined to be defective or malfunctioning.
2. Liability for Consequential or Incidental Damages
ʻThe Warrantorʼ shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages that result from, or are caused by, any breach of warranty.
