Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes we do ship outside the USA , we have two office locations One in the USA the other location in Canada. We also ship anywhere , we have customers in South and Central America , Europe , Asia , Australia , Africa all over the world.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your cluster, please
contact us. DO NOT SHIP us your cluster without a return authorization
You will have to ship the instrument cluster back to us (customer pays all shipping charges). Please make sure that the instrument cluster was not altered , opened , etc. because the return will not be accepted. We will only accept an instrument cluster if it is in the same good working conditions, the way it was shipped out to the customer ( we always record the test of the instrument cluster , to make sure customers receive a good working Instrument Cluster also to protect us for any situation , before shipping out ). The red Warranty Stickers have to remain intact and untampered, otherwise the warranty becomes void and final sale , no refund, no returns, no cancellations rule will apply.
What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Shipping times vary from 24 hours to 10 days . Depending where the instrument cluster is located and if there are no issues with the instrument cluster. We have over 300000 instrument clusters between our two locations in Hallandale Beach Florida USA and North York , Toronto ,Ontario , Canada, and our warehouse. We always video record the check and test for all the instrument clusters we repair or sell before we ship out to customers. This to verify everything is working and have proof to protect us.
How long does it take an order to arrive at my door?
We ship via UPS ground shipping which usually takes 3 to 5 business days a week at the most. We can ship overnight at customer request , if possible .Some restrictions apply
Will you provide tracking information?
Yes we do provide tracking information by email or on the invoice.
What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?
Dashboard Instrument Cluster will not be held responsible whatsoever for any damages done to the instrument cluster during the shipping process .Most of the customers request us to add insurance ( customer pays for shipping and insurance ).If any problems , damages we will do anything possible to help customer , being the liaison between customer and shipping company
