Dashboard Instrument Cluster is a leading instrument cluster expert in North America that specializes in repairing, refurbishing, servicing, and selling instrument clusters.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE

By purchasing this listing, the buyer, acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

PRE-PURCHASE REQUIREMENT

All Buyer must contact us prior to purchase to confirm compatibility of the repair service with the specific unit. Failure to do so is at the Buyer’s sole risk. Not all listed repairs/symptoms apply to every listing. We are not responsible for incompatibility if prior confirmation is not obtained.

This listing is for a repair and/or diagnostic service only, not a guaranteed fix

By purchasing, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

Not all units are repairable.

Certain types of damage may be excluded from repair, including but not limited to:

Fire damage

Water or liquid damage

Corrosion

Severe electrical failure

Physical or tampering damage

NON-REPAIRABLE UNITS / DIAGNOSTIC FEE

If, after inspection, the unit is determined to be non-repairable, Buyer agrees to:

Pay a mandatory diagnostic and service fee of at least 50% (or more) of the total repair service cost., and

Accept that the remaining balance (if applicable) will be issued as store credit/voucher only, not a refund.

REPAIR SERVICE POLICY

All repair and diagnostic service sales are FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. However, under qualifying circumstances, we may issue a store credit or voucher:

Valid for 12 months from date of issue
NON-TRANSFERABLE
May be used for:
Repairs
Products
Future services

These terms apply to:

Accidental purchases
Change of mind
Failure to read the whole listing information, including terms & conditions
Delays outside our control
Non-repairable units
Purchases a service by mistake
Doesn’t verify part numbers, compatibility, and application
Decides not to proceed

Failure to send in the unit for the repair service purchased

THE PAYMENT REMAINS NON-REFUNDABLE, ONLY CREDIT/VOUCHER

CLAIMS POLICY :

All claims for damage, loss, or delay during shipping must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. Dashboard Instrument Cluster will assist by providing available documentation (photos, videos, invoices, etc.) when possible; however, we do not assume liability for any shipping-related issues.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER :

Full responsibility for any damage, loss, theft, delays, wrong delivery or mishandling lies solely with the shipping carrier, not with Dashboard Instrument Cluster.

This applies to all shipments, including:

Customer to our facility
Our facility to customer
Shipments to or from third parties, businesses, or any designated location

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including loss of use, loss of income, or additional repair costs.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

SHIPPING COSTS :

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including:

Shipping to us

Return shipping

Any additional shipping required, including return for warranty.

INSURANCE :

Please be aware, standard shipping includes insurance up to $100. If you need to insure your item to be equivalent to its real worth/value, you need to pay an additional fee. Make sure you request from us to add insurance for your item on the way back to you to get coverage for the full amount of your item’s worth.

PACKAGING RESPONSIBILITY :

Customers must ensure items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Improper packaging may result in damage, which remains the customer’s responsibility to resolve with the carrier.

REPAIR SERVICE DAMAGE POLICY :

Dashboard Instrument Cluster will also not be held accountable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any of our repair services or restoration work performed.

TRANSPARENCY & DOCUMENTATION :

We maintain high standards by:

Testing all units before, during, and after service

Documenting work with photos and videos

Following strict quality control procedures

FOR WARRANTY TO APPLY :

We ask that all items sent to us for WARRANTY purposes must be in the same condition we shipped it outbound. This includes the warranty sticker not being broken, tampered with, or removed. Please make sure there are no missing parts, or any other discrepancies associated with the product.
If the item does not meet any of the requirements above for WARRANTY return, WARRANTY WILL BE VOID and we will NOT return/refund any credit or voucher.

LEGAL NOTICE FOR THIS REPAIR SERVICE AGREEMENT

By completing your repair service purchase, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agreed to our No Refund and Only Store Credit/Voucher Company Policy

“I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, including that all sales are final, no refunds will be issued, and I may only qualify for store credit/voucher under applicable conditions.”

In the event of any dispute, claim, or legal action initiated by the customer against our company or any of its employees, the customer agrees that, if the company prevails, they will be responsible for all reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and related legal expenses incurred by the company in connection with such action.

By paying this invoice acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
