How long does it take an order to arrive at my door?

We ship via UPS ground shipping which usually takes 3 to 5 business days a week at the most.

We can ship overnight at customer request , if possible .Some restrictions apply

Yes we do provide tracking information by email or on the invoice.

Yes we do ship outside the USA , we have two office locations One in the USA the other location in Canada. We also ship anywhere , we have customers in South and Central America , Europe , Asia , Australia , Africa all over the world.

What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?

All sales are final. In special cases we can accept return/exchanges.

Please contact us to return or exchange a part. DO NOT SEND US a part without a return authorization.

Please note that in order to accept a return/exchange, all parts and instrument readings must be in the same condition they were sent in. We will do an incoming inspection and validate all data prior to processing any returns or exchange.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

If the order is placed and the customer wants to cancel the order we can provide the customer a voucher for the amount they spent on the instrument cluster ( no shipping charges) valid for 1 year from the date they made the purchase . They can use it for another repair or purchase an instrument cluster .

We have many more clusters in our warehouse so if you don’t see your make and model listed here, please consult our Cluster order page. We either have it or we can order it for you.

What is the difference between replacement and repair?

A repair allows you to keep all your original data and in most cases will be just plug and play after repair is done. We always recommend repairing the original instrument cluster first , if the original is not repairable we will put together a used instrument cluster that will work in your vehicle.

A replacement you may need to program that instrument cluster to the vehicle and sometimes you might need to make new keys or you might have other issues/problems, that’s why we recommend repairing the original.

How can I be sure the parts will fit my vehicle?

Great service and priceI looked into having the gauges repaired at the dealer but the cost was outrageous. After reading all the positive reviews from customers I gave it a go and I’m sure glad I did.Communication was excellent. Instructions on how to get the gauge to them for repairs was perfect. Turnaround time was less thenergy 48 hours and I had my gauges back on the 3rd day!Everything works perfectand the new blue LEDs installed are mind-blowing.
